Beauty for Ashes Ministry

A ministry founded in 2013 by Pastor Rosa L. Marion, birth from her pain, loses in life and ministry. In Isaiah 61:3 Prophet Isaiah speaks to God’s people who were enslaved and suffering and spoke to them of God promises that he will give us Beauty for Ashes. Our ministry name declares to the hope that God gives to those He has called out of the ashes of oppression, bondage, and abuse. God will give us all Beauty where destruction and hopelessness once resided, and this ministry is a living and beautiful testimony what God can do.
Our ministry purpose and goal are to provide viable resource to the people in Charlottes inner city community. Offering a food pantry that provides perishable and non-perishable food to the community, mid-week worship services, bible study, hot meals, and affordable transitional housing for women.
Since the birth of the ministry in 2013, it has been Pastor Marion’s vision to draw those who are broken in spirit, through love and kindness. Creating an atmosphere that will mend the hearts and mind of God's people.
