Pastor Rosa L. Marion
Pastor Rosa L. Marion a native of Charlotte founded Beauty for Ashes Ministry of Charlotte in 2013 after suffering the great loss of her sister the late Pastor Barbara J. Brewton-Cameron of Community Outreach Christian Ministry and ministry The Harvest Center. A ministry which she founded and directed for over 25 years under leadership of her late sister. The loss of her sister and ministry left a great void and hurt in her life, but she knew to stand on the word of God, and because of her obedience and faith in God’s promises Beauty for Ashes was birth.

Assistant Pastor Gloria J. Barrett a native of Charlotte came to Beauty for Ashes Ministry of Charlotte after serving over 25 years as a dedicated servant, leader, and confidant to the late Pastor Barbara J. Brewton-Cameron of Community Outreach Christian Ministry. Pastor Barrett has the passion and heart for the kingdom of God because of the wonderful works He has done in her life. Through her passion she has shown her dedication to the ministry by her continued efforts and dedication to continue the outreach and ministry at Beauty for Ashes.
